Together with Cristina Guzmán, we created Resetting. A research project communicated in a multiplatform way (documentary, blog, and Twitter). The documentary showcases the innovative human resources policy of a Spanish company while gathering views from HR experts, leading companies like Microsoft and politicians. This project seeks to illustrate how investing in employee well-being not only enhances workplace satisfaction but also significantly boosts the economic performance of organisations.
